One of the most disappointing and frustrating aspects of PR is when your client’s answers don’t make the article. And the reason why—hate to say it—is usually your fault.

I know. Harsh. But true.

Someone can run a brand, make a lot of money, and hire a fancy publicist (you), but still have no idea how to properly formulate an answer. Unfortunately, I see this happen again and again.
